The car is an original and operable factory orange 1973 Opel GT. Everything on the car is factory except of a power antenna and am/fm radio-cassette deck. Everything on the car is operable including the lights that roll up and down as seen in the pictures. The dash is original to the car and not cracked or showing signs of wear. The seats and upholstery are also original and like the dash have no tears or signs of wear. The carpet and headliner are also in equally pristine condition. In terms of the exterior there is no rust and all of the body lines are as they were off the factory line. The car has been painted a second time since coming off the assembly line. There are only two places where there are flaws in the paint. One is on the passenger side fender where the paint is thin and the other is on the front of the car where the owner before me scratched the paint and then attempted to match colors unsuccessfully. However neither of these places are longer than 5 inches and only really noticeable if you would want to get up and scrutinize the car. The same can be said for a ding or nick hear and there. All the chrome is in great shape and all of the original emblems are intact. Premium factory wheels and beauty rings are also on the car and the tires are new. Additionally the battery is also new. The 1.9L engine runs well without any issues. It has 73,420 original miles on it. The engine and transmission have never been rebuilt. It has a factory upgrade Weber 2 barrel carburetor on the 1.9L engine for higher performance and speed. No issues can be found under the hood. The car also comes with its factory owners manual and an aftermarket shop manual. In addition to the 73 Opel there is a complete 1971 Opel GT that was originally meant to be a restoration but now can be either restored or used as a parts car. They are a package deal. We have used no parts off the 71 so everything is there although it has been partially disassembled. Additional new parts include a fuel pump and complete front and rear brake parts.
