I am listing for sale my 2004 Chevy Avalanche.This 4X4 truck is in great shape and has always been very well taken care of. The majority of the miles on this truck are highway miles as I mainly used it to commute. We recently had the 100,000 mile service performed, and the truck runs like a champ. On a routine 3000 - 5000 basis: 1) The oil has been changed with synthetic oil 2) The tires have been rotated and the wheels balanced. 3) The chassis has been lubricated. 4) The air filter cleaned and other filters as needed changed. 5) The drive train oils kept full. I installed ProComp MX-5 nitrogen adjustable shocks around 80,000 miles, and they have vastly improved the ride and handling both on and off road. I also recently had Firestone Destination M/T tires put on the truck and they have about 20,000 miles on them and aren't even halfway though their life. They handle great on road and quietly for M/T tires, and really shine when the going gets rough. I have put quite a bit of money into upgrades to the truck, including: K&N cold-air intake, which has added about 17HP, noticeably improving throttle response, and improving fuel economy. K&N 40 series cat-back exhaust system, custom fabricated. Exhaust exits downward before the rear axle, allowing full suspension movement. AWESOME WeatherTech floor-liners.
