Yes, it is a RARE 1965 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback with the VERY RARE factory Sport Group Option which includes a three spoke simulated wood steering wheel, bolt on Sports stainless steel and chrome wheel covers and whitewall tires ! I bet their are not to many of these left especially in the condition this one is in !! This is a true code "V85" Barracuda (V8 only) model not a clone or a six cylinder transplant. This car still retains its ORIGINAL 273 V8 Motor and ORIGINAL - factory - fender mounted data plate !! It was bought new September 2, 1965 at Chrysler - Plymouth City in Spokane, Washington and has spent its whole life their until we recently purchased the car and brought it to Idaho. This is all documented in the Original Owners manual. We also have the ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET (NEAT !!) and plastic folder for the owners manual all shown in several pictures below. This is a very tight and solid car which drives like a dream. I drove this AWESOME Cuda for nearly two weeks as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives GREAT, it is nimble, tight and fast - TO FUN !! If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come look at and drive this car for yourself, you won't be disapointed. THIS IS A QAULITY CAR FOR SURE !! This Plymouth Barracuda Fastback still has its STRONG - ORIGINAL - 273 CID V8 motor in it and it runs GREAT !! The previous owner told us that the motor and transmission were both professionally rebuilt several years ago to factory specs but only have approx 5,000 miles put on them since. Sounds good too with the stock sounding Exhaust system. The engine is backed by a Smooth Torqueflite three speed automatic Transmission that as noted before also was rebuilt and performs well. The code "P4X" ALL ORIGINAL (Yes, thats not a misprint - ALL ORIGINAL !!) Black Interior is BEAUTIFUL including NICE ORIGINAL Black front bucket seats, NICE ORIGINAL stainless steel and chrome center console / shifter, NICE ORIGINAL fold down rear seat, NICE ORIGINAL dash, NICE ORIGINAL gauge cluster's including 120mph speedometer, NICE ORIGINAL Black door panels, good ORIGINAL Black carpeting, NICE ORIGINAL interior chrome and stainless steel, NICE ORIGINAL Black headliner, NICE ORIGINAL Black sun visor's and a NICE ORIGINAL three spoke simulated - wood steering wheel. In my opinion your not going to find a much nicer ALL ORIGINAL INTERIOR than the one in this car, UNBELIEVABLE !! This BEAUTY is nicely equipped including the Original - Valiant Transaudio Am Radio which works great, good heater and defroster, front and rear factory seat belts, factory gauge package, original day / night rear view mirror, optional back up lights and a factory chrome drivers side exterior mirror . Like all Barracuda's of this vintage the panel in the rear area folds down giving you more storage capacity as it opens up to the trunk area and the back seat also folds down. The trunk area is very clean and still retains its good ORIGINAL Black carpeting, fullsize spare tire, original jack and lug wrench. The ODO shows 17,496 miles but true miles are unknown. Just look at this thing though ! This Barracuda Fastback is quite a deal and you will be surprised at the low reserve. This Factory Muscle Car has good looks and AWESOME power as well and is BLAST to drive, TO FUN ! Check out the VERY NICE - factory optional - bolt on sports stainless steel and chrome wheel covers and the nearly new whitewall steel belted radial tires boy do they look OUTSTANDING on this car and really retain that factory stock muscle car look !! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners, any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension seems to be in good working order as well as the electric system. Yes, it is a RARE 1965 Plymouth Barracuda Fastback with the VERY RARE factory Sport Group Option which includes a three spoke simulated wood steering wheel, bolt on Sports stainless steel and chrome wheel covers and whitewall tires ! I bet their are not to many of these left especially in the condition this one is in !! This is a true code "V85" Barracuda (V8 only) model not a clone or a six cylinder transplant. This car still retains its ORIGINAL 273 V8 Motor and ORIGINAL - factory - fender mounted data plate !! It was bought new September 2, 1965 at Chrysler - Plymouth City in Spokane, Washington and has spent its whole life their until we recently purchased the car and brought it to Idaho. This is all documented in the Original Owners manual. We also have the ORIGINAL BUILD SHEET (NEAT !!) and plastic folder for the owners manual all shown in several pictures below. This is a very tight and solid car which drives like a dream. I drove this AWESOME Cuda for nearly two weeks as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and I can assure you it runs and drives GREAT, it is nimble, tight and fast - TO FUN !! This Plymouth Barracuda Fastback still has its STRONG - ORIGINAL - 273 CID V8 motor in it and it runs GREAT !! The previous owner told us that the motor and transmission were both professionally rebuilt several years ago to factory specs but only have approx 5,000 miles put on them since. Sounds good too with the stock sounding Exhaust system. The engine is backed by a Smooth Torqueflite three speed automatic Transmission that as noted before also was rebuilt and performs well. The code "P4X" ALL ORIGINAL (Yes, thats not a misprint - ALL ORIGINAL !!) Black Interior is BEAUTIFUL including NICE ORIGINAL Black front bucket seats, NICE ORIGINAL stainless steel and chrome center console / shifter, NICE ORIGINAL fold down rear seat, NICE ORIGINAL dash, NICE ORIGINAL gauge cluster's including 120mph speedometer, NICE ORIGINAL Black door panels, good ORIGINAL Black carpeting, NICE ORIGINAL interior chrome and stainless steel, NICE ORIGINAL Black headliner, NICE ORIGINAL Black sun visor's and a NICE ORIGINAL three spoke simulated - wood steering wheel. In my opinion your not going to find a much nicer ALL ORIGINAL INTERIOR than the one in this car, UNBELIEVABLE !! This BEAUTY is nicely equipped including the Original - Valiant Transaudio Am Radio which works great, good heater and defroster, front and rear factory seat belts, factory gauge package, original day / night rear view mirror, optional back up lights and a factory chrome drivers side exterior mirror . Like all Barracuda's of this vintage the panel in the rear area folds down giving you more storage capacity as it opens up to the trunk area and the back seat also folds down. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. We prefere a bank to bank wire transfer of funds as payment as this is the safest for you and for us. We do not accept any paypal payments. A 25% deposit is due within 3 days of the end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of the auction ending. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback or excessive bid cancellations. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
