This is a 1993 z24 cavalier with 134,000 miles on the odometer and a turbocharged 3.1 MPFI V6. It has a t3 turbo from a ford turbocoupe with a large intercooler, turbo grand prix injectors, turbo grand prix intake manifold, custom tuned ecm chip, a high output fuel pump, a DSM BOV, along with a modified tgp downpipe and a complete 2.5" exhaust with a high flow magnaflow cat and muffler and a camaro tip on there as well. The car also has a high-stall torque converter with the transmission i had rebuilt to ensure my 3spd. auto could handle the extra power using an alto master rebuild kit, red eagle clutches, kolene steels, a red eagle band, a superior shift kit, a sonnax pressure boost valve and a tranny cooler from a taraus. There is also a Fast Forward Performance billet aluminum underdrive pulley and transmission mount. the remaining motor mounts have been filled with poly. The interior is all stock and in pretty decent condition other than the driver's side seat is broke at the base and will lean back slightly. The car drove and ran great and has since set in storage while i was working out of town and moved back to PA. I had the car shipped to PA from FL and now the car starts occasionally and runs fairly good when it does, but is very tempermental. It is nothing major. There is no knocks, ticks, smoking, etc. It has got to be really just a simple tune-up and/or a sensor, REALLY. I would look into this myself if i had a garage, or even a workspace and to now add on that i'm working very long hours, 6 days a week, i just need a parking spot for my work van. The car ran beautifully before setting for an extended amount of time. the body is pretty good, the underbody is rough though in certain areas, with the driver's side floor pan being the worst and the actual bumper behind the bumper cover. I had four new tires put on not long before i moved. The tires are at about 90ish percent tread. The wheels come with gorilla locking lugs as well, with the key. The car has the darkest allowable tint by florida law all the way around professionally installed, a sunroof, power windows, power locks, power steering, ABS, cruise and AM/FM cassette. I am looking to move the car as i have very limited parking and no longer have a garage or area to work and my interests have since changed a bit as well with trying to downsize my fleet. with that said, i'm selling the car as an as-is project, just for the turbo parts and setup, or almost a bolt-on kit for another cavy. i would also strongly recommend towing or even renting a car dolly for about $40-$50 from u-haul. the car could be driven when it starts, but would not advise. On Jun-27-11 at 19:15:15 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE: i just ran a test on the trouble codes and its coming back with a 19 CPS - crankshaft position sensor and a 33 MAP - map sensor. the car also has a brand new battery and 2 bar MAP sensor i forgot to place in the original description.
