1932 Ford Roadster Brand new build with no expense spared. This was a project to build an era correct dry lakes car from the late 40’s period. We tried to capture the essence of the post war years when guys were getting back from the great war and settling in Southern California. On weekends they would head out to Muroc or Bonneville to see who had the fastest Hot Rod. Effort was made to use all era correct parts. Here is the rundown of the features Body: Brookeville all steel body with cowl vent. Original 32 firewall- Rootlieb 25 louver hood and sides- Vintique Grill shell and insert Chassis: Original 32 Frame- 39 Banjo Rear End – Stainless drop axle and hairpins Upholstery- Done in the 40’s style by the great Sean at Fat Lucky’s Interiors- Best Deuce Interior I've ever seen-Attention to detail is second to none- Trunk finished out to match- Seat by Glide Engineering Dash Cluster: Knecht Engineering Dash panel with 2 5/8” Stewart Warner Gauges. Banjo Steering Wheel and Column from a 1937 Ford Engine: 1939 Ford Flathead completely rebuilt and has no miles on it. Offenhauser finned heads- Edelbrock 2X2 intake w/ 2 rebuilt Ford carbs- New Starter and Generator - Moon Fuel Block - New Everything. Wheels and Tires: New Firestone big and little black wall setup on 40 Ford wheels with 40 Deluxe Caps. This car runs and drives excellent and fires right up every time. There are only about 20 miles on this car. I always wanted to build a car like this and now that I have I need to build something else. Contact me for any questions.
