You are bidding on a classic example of Pontiac history, the 1979 Pontiac Grand Prix. With only 2 owners and 46000 miles you'll be hard pressed to find a nicer example anywhere. Still retains all original manuals and keys (see pics). Great car for the collector, truly a reliable, "drive it anywhere", well maintained car. Description as follows: Mechanical: Original drivetrain front to back, 305 V-8 automatic, runs and drives very well and reliably. Untouched engine compartment, still retains factory markings and stickers. This classic Pontiac rides on classic Cragar S/S wheels with BF Goodrich radial T/A's. If you are after the totally original look, the car also comes with its original wire wheels (see pics). Nicely equipped with power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, cruise control, A/C and believe it or not the original AM/FM 8 Track. Air conditioning is fully operational; however, it is due for a recharge. Interior: Dark green bench seat interior, excellent condition, still retains the original GM floor mats. No rips, no tears. Exterior: Still retains its original factory finish, very sharp 2 tone green. No rust or rust repair, beautiful trunk floor and underside. Vehicle has been primarily stored, very few winters and obviously driven sparingly. When inspecting the vehicle's finish you will find a few minor stone chips and 2 small dings, one in the rear bumper area. There is also 1-2 cracks in the fiberglass filler area between the bumper and the car, nothing that really detracts from the great appearance of the car.
