You are looking at a 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Convertible. It is in decent shape considering the year. Some of the options it has is automatic trans, factory air cond. and the 455 Rocket V8. I am a Illinois used car dealer and we took this car as a trade in. I was told that for most of its life it was owned by the local Olds dealer as a family car. I don't have documentation of that but just translaying what i was told. This car has great potential for restoration. The frame is strong, the rear trunk pan is good and appears that the sheet metal is all in good restorable condition. There is filler that is cracking in the rt rear quarter and probably some other areas. Chrome is in decent shape. Top will need replaced, has weathered tears on both sides. The top functions very well. The seats are in tough shape. The dash is in good shape probably would not need replaced. Car runs well and shifts well. The customer drove it in from 35 miles out.
