Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is my 1969 Dodge Coronet. This car spent its entire life in sunny Southern California until a recent move to Hershey Pennsylvania. It started its life as a Coronet 500 F8 green with a green interior, automatic transmission and 318 motor. About 10 years ago it was repainted with a slightly different color green and all of the 500 trim was removed. It now has all the RT emblems and stripe and it is powered by a 1971 excellent running 440 motor and a slightly more than stock automatic transmission with a B&M shifter. As you can see in the photos the interior is in very good condition, no cracks in the dash or tears in the seats and new carpet and headliner. It has virtually a rust free body although there are some small amounts of blistering at a few spots and the usual slight imperfections of chips in the paint after all these years. The undercarriage and frame rails and floor pans are absolutely rust free. There are a few small holes in the trunk floor. Nice set of original Crager Wheels and good tires. The correct exhaust tips, nice bumpers and chrome, overall the car looks awesome and has that usual big block Mopar rumbel. If you're looking for a Big Block Mopar that you can just get in and drive and go to the local car shows and cruise nights that you do not have to spend any money on, and this Mopar certainly gets a lot of attention everywhere it goes. This is a great car at a good price.
