THE REAL DEAL! 1968 SERIES 1-1/2 JAGUAR IN SUPER CONDITION. FAMILY OWNED OFF AND ON FOR 12 YEARS REPURCHASED TWO YEARS AGO AND LOVINGLY RESTORED. THE REDO OF THIS SOLID JAG INCLUDED: Engine rebuilt several years ago but not installed until this winter, paired with new clutch, pressue plate and throwout bearing. New suspension bushings and ball joints, motor mounts, various brake lines, hoses , water pump, brake and clutch master cylinders, exhaust down pipes, belts, coil, distributor cap and spark plugs, points and condenser, wheel bearing and all installed with stainless fasteners. Rebuilt items are radiator fan motors (radiator rebuilt several years ago), carburetors, brake vacuum assist unit, wiper motor and heater fan motor. New parts are temperature sender, oil pressure sender, fuel pump, fuel gauge sender, A/C relay, voltage regulator and front shocks. Carpets and virtually all rubber parts (all windshield, window mouldings, hatch and bonnet gaskets) are new. New base coat, clear coat paint. Car is quite stunning. It has covered headlights and series 1 taillights. It really drives great and brakes as it should. A/C is reinstalled but is not yet working, although it was operation when dismantled. Not a show car or trailer queen and not perfect, but a car to be driven and enjoyed. Mileage is probably not correct and is exempt on title as are all older vehicles in Florida. Tires are older and could be replaced. Car is sold as is and no warranties are implied. Shipping is of course the responsibility of the buyer. Do not bid unless you will purchase.
