Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a 1967 Buick Wildcat. It is a four door hardtop. It is a pretty car that really floats down the road like only Detroit Iron can. I am selling this car for and with my grandfather. This Buick is a Fisher Body original bought in 2003 in Florida and brought back up to Michigan where it has seen very limited use, and has been garage stored. My grandfather believes he is the fourth owner. The high points of this car: In 2005 the upholstery was professionally restored from “old/new” stock. It is the high point of this beautiful car. The front bumper was dull and a little dinged up so it was re-chromed. Now it really gleams. New tires were also purchased in 2003. They still look good. BIG V-8 - 430 4 barrel. The original owners manual is included. Runs good. The flaws of this car: It can be a little difficult to start cold. It likes a sniff of starting fluid. Once warmed up it has no problem restarting. The steering wheel has a sizeable crack. The wheel wells are showing rust. There are some minor scratches on the exterior…including a large one on the drivers door. There are a few dings. One noticeable one is on the passenger side rear quarter panel. The radio is not stock. It is an AMFM cassette that does not work properly. The right directional signal is not functioning. The body mounts are decayed and in need of replacement. There is a hole in the front drivers side quarter panel immediately behind the wheel. There is a rust spot on the hardtop on passenger side rear. There is another rust spot on the rear quarter panel driver side immediately in front of wheel well behind door at bottom. The old V-8 could probably use a seal job (valve covers)…it leaks a little oil. Overall this is a nice serviceable car that I believe looks good and is a nice ride. It could be the start to a real enthusiast’s restoration project, dubbed out and sported up, or just continue service as a casual weekend cruiser. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to e-mail. I have additional pictures that I can send. This is a local pickup only. The winning bidder AGREES to pay a deposit via Pay-Pal in the amount of $250.00 within 48 hours of winning. The balance is deliverable, upon pickup, in cash (United States Currency - No checks, money orders etc. thank you). There is no warranty, either expressed or implied. This sale is “as is” and final upon exchange of the currency for the title and vehicle. Negotiation will not re-open after your final bid. If you are not a serious bidder and are not willing to agree to the above terms DON’T bid on this car. Thank you and good luck.
