This 1941 Dodge Luxury Liner was recently removed from the garage it has been stored in for the last 30 years. Originally tan in color, it was resprayed gray many many years ago and now has a typical "barn find" patina of scratches and surface rust. Structurally, it's a very solid car and nearly rust free with the exception of the lower trunk lid channel which has a few small holes. Spare tire well is clean and rust free. Mechanically, the engine turns over, and may even start with a bit of fuel and some tinkering. It was last driven in 1981, so the brakes will need to be gone through as well as the cooling system which has some very dry hard hoses. Inside, the mohair upholstery has held up surprisingly well, and the rear seat back still has a plaid 1950's seat cover protecting it. The headliner is OK but has a small tear near the rear window, and the front door panels unfortunately have been cut for speakers. (see photo) A neat old sedan that would be relatively easy to restore, or just get it mechanically refreshed and use it as is. No Reserve!
