1983 Toyota SR5 Pickup ONE OWNER Runs great Super reliable Very good condition for its age Clean title, no accidents, minimal dings/small dent Manual transmission (5 gears) This little truck has given us 28 years of the best service. In that time it has never once broken down. These 22R engines are known to last for hundreds of thousands of miles. This truck has 100,450 original miles. The only issues it has a small oil leak, and the brakes squeal when pressed, not all of the time but much of the time. Brakes have been looked at by two different mechanics who said the brakes are good. We think they are possibly missing some metal shims or something but they work great despite the squeal. We would not hesistate to drive this long distances. There is some rust on the body as pictured. Truck was garaged for most of its life however. One front signal light is missing the cover. We have the original owners manuals. We did remove the original stereo to replace it with a really nice one that we removed to put in our other vehicle but we are leaving in the very nice, new Pioneer speakers, it just needs a stereo put in. I may or may not still have the original stereo somewhere if someone would want it. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Also, the horn does not work but we suspect this would be a simple fix because sometimes it does work so it must be a loose wire or something along those lines. Answer: Hi there, the truck has no AC, nor power steering. It should make a 2000 mile journey without incident. It was checked and tuned up last year or around 5k miles ago and spark plugs and filters were changed and brake adjusted, nothing was found to be needing replaced or repaired. It had the serpentine belt replaced a few months ago. Tires probably have 5k or more miles left on them. I also wanted to add this truck comes with two snow tires in very good shape with 20k+ miles left that we used for the rear. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks.
