Basic Information: For sale is a 2007 Chevy Suburban. It is an LTZ, four wheel drive, and Flex Fuel. The Suburban is cleaned regularly and has been garage kept. Oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. It is mechanically sound and we have never had any mechanical issues since we bought the truck nearly two years ago. It’s a great all around vehicle. I have three of the stock wheels I started to sell them after I got the aftermarket ones. The only reason we are trying to sell it is because we have a new baby and need to down grade. The title is also in hand. Options: I believe this Suburban has every option available, accept navigation. There are no rips or tears in the leather. The carpet is in great condition. There is one small stain underneath the third row seat. It looks like it could be a cool-aid stain. It was there when we bought the truck and is hardly noticeable. To the best of my knowledge everything functions correctly. There are a lot of options on the truck and some of which I probably have never used, but the windows roll up and down fine, CD player works, heated seats work, etc. It also has never been smoked in. The exterior is also in great condition. There are no scratches in the paint or dents. The emblems have been removed, but we do still own all the emblems and they can easily be put back on. The truck also does not appear to have any rust issues. There are no mechanical issues with this truck. It drives straight down the road. There are no leaks or hesitations in the motor. We have owned this truck for nearly two years and have never had any issues with it. It’s always driven great and very reliable. It is also a great vehicle in the snow and has lots of leg room.
