To be in compliance with the current delivery guidelines all NEW Mercedes-Benz vehicles must be picked up at the dealership by the actual buyer or delivered by one of our Certified Delivery Specialists which is an additional fee based on distance which will need to be determined at the time of the final purchase agreement signing of both parties. The end user (Actual Customer) is the only person eligible to participate in the New Mercedes-Benz Delivery Process.
