Vehicle Detail
Hello, I'm selling my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. The Good: It has an excellent 2.2 liter 4-cylinder engine that is great on gas. The car runs perfect and is mechanically sound. The body is in excellent condition (see pictures). The Kelly Blue Book value of this car in excelent condition is $4,790. Here is the link to the blue book price: http://www.kbb.com/pontiac/sunfire/2001-pontiac-sunfire/se-coupe-2d/?vehicleid=4932&intent=buy-used&options=190508%7ctrue%7c190512%7ctrue%7c190529%7cfalse%7c190534%7ctrue%7c190544%7ctrue%7c190577%7ctrue&pricetype=retail This car is in excellent condition. 150,000 miles on the odometer. Rebuilt 2.2L 4 cylinder engine. Great on gas. New battery. New coolant reservior. Black with black and gray cloth interior. Very clean. Sunroof. Power door locks. Keyless entry. Factory alarm system. CD Player. Cold AC. Heat. No transmission or engine problems. The only thing wrong with this car is electrical. The left turn signal doesn't work and the rear brake lights don't illuminate when you press the brake. The tail lights do light up, they just don't get brighter when you hit the brakes. The rear window brake light works fine. The gas guage is also broken (stays on full). You have to fill it up every couple of days to make sure you don't run out of gas. Small fix. On Jun-04-11 at 21:31:12 PDT, seller added the following information: I'll be sure to vacuum the interior before you pick it up. It'll be clean and ready to go.On Jun-05-11 at 14:04:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Just an update. Today I took the car to a mechanic to look at the problem with the brake lights. He tested them and there IS power at the brake lights. The "brake light sockets" are bad on both brake lights. They are about 10 dollars a peice new from the dealer. This is a very small problem that can be easily fixed. I'm selling it as is. I would ask for more if I fixed the problem myself (please see link to blue book value above).
