As you can tell by the pictures, this vehicle has been in a California building for over 20 years and has not been cleaned. Believed to be a CA vehicle all it's life. Small rust pits seen in the hog troughs (rockers) but minor, not the usual! Auto trans was rebuilt by Studebaker West. New stainless steel exhaust system. The trans is bolted in but not finished installing. The exhaust system is still in the box. This was purchased and never finished. It was supposed to have been drivable but needed transmission work so the transmission was removed and completely rebuilt. Many extra parts in boxes. A classic vehicle perfect for the collector. Will answer any questions sent to the best of my knowledge. NOTE: This was originally incorrectly listed as an R-2 due to some incorrect information. I apologize. It is an R-1, non-supercharged vehicle. I have also been told the ID tag is a body tag. I will get the ID picture as soon as possible, the vehicle is stored in a warehouse.
