It is made to drive full throttle because it is a race bike. This is a FACTORY RACE BIKE ORDERED NEW FROM THE DEALER! I ordered it with a NON SLIP SEAT AND WOODY WOODPECKER DECAL SET. Thank god I ordered it with the non slip seat because the wheels come off the ground with no problem and is lighting fast. I rode this myself with my child.
