1970 Triumph Bonneville

I bought this bike 3 weeks ago on eBay to be my first motorcycle. While this is an amazing and beautiful bike, it is way too powerful for me. This bike is really only appropriate for an experienced and more aggressive rider, it's just not for me. It's at my house, and is available for you to inspect thoroughly. I've copied and pasted the description from the auction I purchased the bike from: I am offering for sale at auction a Vintage triumph. This Isn't a backyard build or or a silly restoration built to sit in someones living room . This Bike was built from crank up , in a well known NY Vintage Triumph shop by one of the mechanics there . It was one of the "shop " bikes . It is an absolute "Special" built in the style of that shop . We called them Hot rods . Now they call them cafe bikes Change the tires and add mile pipes and this bike could roll right onto the dirt track and compete . Add clip ons and you have a "Real" Cafe Racer the kind built with period parts by people who knew what they were doing . The chassis is pure 60's with Borrani rims and Ceriani performance front end . The motor has been built and tuned from the best triumph and the aftermarket had to offer . The custom welding \ relief on the tool box and oil tank is all tig work done by the owner who worked in high purity medical welding for much of his career . There is no filler .The welds they are perfect . This is a special bike .It needs Nothing . Come pick it up and ride it . Bike is sold with bill of sale and transferable NYS registration . No warranty (its 40 years old ) Attached is a list of some but not all of the features parts etc .
