This is a 2004 Mazda RX-8. No performance modifications and never had any. Exceptional driving vehicle with absolutely zero mechanical issues. Engine idles very smooth, solid power band with no abnormal noises. Transmission shifts like a hot knife through butter. Steering is tight and true. No pull to one side or the other when braking or accelerating. No rattles or squeeks when going over bumps. A/C is ice cold. Everything on this car works just as the manufacturer intended. The car is not perfect, but the buyer should be completely confident in the mechanical condition. No significant maintenance performed. Replacement parts include; engine mounts, spark plugs, spark plug wires, coils and oil. The defects include the type of minor paint imperfections one would expect to see on a vehicle of this age and mileage (tiny chips on the nose). There is a ding in the drivers door and some sort of imperfection on the drivers suicide door. I took pictures of both. Everything in the interior is perfect except the A/C on / off swith which has a crack in it. The switch works perfectly (it just has a small crack). Lastly, the passenger side fog light has a burned out bulb. I can't figure out how to get to it, so I just left it that way. That's it! Whoever buys this car WILL love it! The original floor mats are included (currently in the trunk)
