I am selling my ’01 BMW R1150GS. This has been a great bike for me, and will be for someone who can ride it. I bought it from the original owner with about 2K miles on it. I don’t get out on it enough at this point to make it worth owning, as my wife reminded me. It is a GREAT road-trip bike. Bike has: * Low miles at 18,500 * ABS * Heated grips * Hand guards * PIAA lights * New Metzler Tourance tires * Full BMW luggage system (including the top box which holds a lot) * Bike has never been crashed, though I did tip it over on the gravel once and the right (sitting on the bike) cylinder head is scratched up from that…see picture) * Always garaged * 90+% highway miles. Used on trips to Grand Canyon and desert southwest * Regularly serviced, and I have all service records * Full tool kit for changing tires and other repairs. Never been used Buyer to pay for all shipping, but I’ll do whatever needs to be done to help. I’m in the Boulder, CO area. A central place to fly into and ride back!
