Thank you for looking at my Auction. Up for sale is a 1991 Ford Mustang Covertible. It's a 5.0 with an Automatic Transmission. The exterior is green with a white leather interior. The car is completely stock except for a Flowmaster cat back setup for a Mustang GT.(it was on there when I got it). I was considering restoring this but time is at a premium between work and family. So instead of letting it sit I've decided to sell it. The Good: Mechanically, the car is sound and the frame is straight with zero rot in the torque boxes and frame. No smoke from the motor and it starts right up and idles exactly as it should. The 302 is completely stock and unmolested. The transmission shifts perfectly, the top goes up and down without any issues or hydraulic leaks. The heat and AC work as well as all the lights and brakes. The electrical, Steering and suspension is good too. All the gauges work and no check engine lights or codes. None of the dash vents are broken and the interior is intact with all the major pieces. The inspection sticker is current up until Jan. 2012. And the car was used daily until it's accident.(see pictures) The Bad: Obviously from the pictures you can see this Mustang was involved in an accident. The title is clear and in hand. The damage is only on the passenger side door and rear passenger side quarter panel and rear quarter window. The lower rocker panel is untouched as is the frame. The interior seats will need to be reupholstered and interior cleaned up. The top could be left as is or replaced. The tires will need to be changed. And of course a paint job to finish the job. Overall, this could be a great Restoration project or just parted out for parts. Either way you can't go wrong. I'm running this as a no reserve auction so the highest bidder will win.
