for auction is this SWEET 2005 dodge ram quad cab SHORT bed truck. Very desirable with the short bed. 5.9 cummins 2wd turbo diesel, auto transmission. This is a ONE OWNER truck and was never abused or used to tow anything heavy. In fact, it doesn't even have a bedliner so you can see how nice it is. there is no gooseneck or fifth wheel connection, just a standard ball tow hitch receiver in back. The truck has 150k, motor runs flawless, no oil leaks or blow by or any of that nonsense..trans shifts smooth as factory, cold a/c, everything works. it is an SLT so it has cruise, power windows and locks, CD player, etc. This is a very desirable year for the cummins turbo diesel as it gets over 20 mpg at 70 mph on the highway, has 300 HP and 600 ft lbs of torque. the 5.9 is the engine of choice now, as in 07 they switched to the 6.7 and it gets much worse fuel mileage. The tires are still over 60%, the wheels are nice, interior is super nice for the age and miles, no rips in seats or cracks in dash. The carpet is still clean. has the folding out floor under the back seat. trip computer above dash tells you how many miles to empty, current MPG, temp etc. The only flaws with this truck are a couple long scratches, one on front of hood, one on front door, and one small crease/dent on back passenger bed by taillight. i took a close up pic. it's barely noticeable. This truck was well taken care of and runs excellent. You will not find a better short bed 2500 diesel truck for the money. I am a dealer and have put more than a couple thousand miles on this truck, it is awesome! i would not hesitate to jump in it and drive to california in it.
