1967 BMW r69s Pristine 9848 original miles unmolested, original, beautiful example. This is the second bike I have listed for a long time friend of mine. I am 56 years old, and a life long BMW motorcycle enthusiast. My friend, and the owner of this bike has been a collector for decades,and has decided to scale back his inventory . My friend does not use e-bay, hence I am listing for him. There are very few, if any of these bikes around in this condition. All original, matching #’s. The original tool kit, and owner’s manual. Fresh tires, and battery. Perfectly maintained, and very, very rarely ridden. The bike has - alloy wheels - the large tank - the original and rust free exhaust- the original bench seat- the Pagusa solo seat pictured- the pillon pad pictured, and another solo tractor seat for the pillon that is not pictured. The crash bars are BMW The tires have 800 miles on them. The horns are Hella. The bike has been stored in a climate controlled environment, and had all fluids changed annually since the current owner purchased the bike in 1997. The current owner has had the bike serviced, and driven it an average of 120 miles per year for 14 years. It is in perfect tune, starts easily, runs smoothly. It is as sound as they get. The only thing on this bike that may not be original, or period correct is the side stand.
