1973 Plymouth Scamp Has a clear 1975 NJ title. Currently inspected (until 6/2011). Starts and drives without any problems. ----- Garaged 1973-2010. Original owner started hitting the side of her garage before she gave up driving (mostly passenger side – see pictures). The rust in the pictures is surface rust – no through, bubbling, or holes. The tires hold air and are drivable, but not great. AC blower not working. Interior is great – seats/headliner/carpet – glass all intact. ----- I have had this on eBay twice – zero bidders bid but never respond. I will not accept bids from zero bidders.
