It is about 95% done and has undergone a recent complete fame off rebuild. All the work has been done professionally and built with the highest quality materials, all listed below. The Jeep has a low miles all aluminum LS1 350HP engine, rebuilt 4l60E automatic transmission, a new np231 transfer case, the Jeep has not been started since the engine conversion. Before the engine was pulled, I ran it for 30 mins, and everyting checked out perfectly. The only reason I'm selling the Jeep is that I've got too many projects and not enough time. Just bought a house and I currently live 2 hours away from where I keep this Jeep, just flat out never have time to work on it and I have several other projects in line in front of it. It can easily be trailered or towed away on a Uhaul tow dolly or open trailer. This Jeep could easily be finished in a long weekend and be put on the road as a daily driver, for good gas mileage and be 100% reliable. I used to work in the racing industry and used to design and built turbo controllers and kits. I built a 550 HP Single T4 turbo kit for this Jeep. I'm going to throw the Turbo kit in with the auction, it comes with everything needed to turbocharge this Jeep except the Turbonetics t78 turbo, JGS wastegate, JGS blow off valve, 60 LB injectors and to have the Ecu re flashed. The turbo kit includes: Front mount intercooler, ready to bolt in, mounts are already welding in the Jeep Grill for it. 3" intercooler tubing, IAC bung welded in along with 60mm JGS blow off valve flange welded in 3" stainless clamps 2.5" Exhaust cross over tube, with flex pipe Schedule 40 Turbo manifold, t4 flange / 50 mm JGS wastegate flange New turbo heat shield Turbo oil feed lines, braided stainless 4AN Turbo oil drain lines, braided stainless 10AN Turbo coolant feed and drain lines, Stainless braided This turbo system will easily makes 550HP with a LS1 / T78 / 8 psi of boost THIS TURBO KIT IS BRAND NEW NEVER USED. Wire up gauges, starter, fan, fuel pump, all other wiring is done. Modify stock power steering line or get custom ones made up. Radio and antenna, (Jeep comes with brand new speakers). Bumpers. Electrically everything in the Jeep works, I used it as my daily driver up until about 6 months ago where I pulled the Ford 302 V8 that it had in it and did the LS1 engine swap. This Jeep would be the perfect driver, all the lights and turn signals work, I built it to be extremely reliable to go cross country and back with out a problem. Also I have the mental Fuel filler tube and rear seat mounting brackets in a box not seen in pictures. Jeep is sold as is, where is. Here is a picture of the complete custom stand along engine and trans wiring harness, ready to install. As you can see its only a 9 wire hook up and everything is clearly labeled and ready to install. This harness also has a 5 foot lead to mount the ECU under the dash and out of the engine bay. This Jeep's body and frame are 100% solid with no rust. The Tub was pulled off the frame, the tub was cleaned and undercoated and the frame was sand blasted to white metal, hung and painted. The only rust anywhere on this Jeep is on the top of the front fenders, I was planning on just replacing them down the road, they are pretty cheap, or you can put a metal plate over them. I also wanted to mention that this Jeep comes with a large external Oil cooler and 9" Spal fan, I forgot to take a picture of it. I do have a picture of the return line fitting thats already in the oil pan, its currently capped on the Jeep so the oil cooler can be added later. I do have a picture of that. The corner and rocker guards were added just a few weeks ago and I wanted to list a few pictures of the Body with out them also. Only reason I added them was because I thought it looked meaner. with that said they can be taken off in about 5 mins.
