Vehicle Detail
Quick description: This 2002 Cadillac DeVille is a two owner vehicle. Origionally owned by a family friends father ( a man in his late 60's) And drivin as such. My grandmother purchased the vehicle about 2006-2007 with about 22,000 miles on it. It was immaculate and heated garage kept. It was used as a grocery getter in case you cant do the math by the mileage at time of purchase. THIS CAR WAS ABSOLUTELY RELIGIOUSLY AND METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED BY THE SAME MECHANIC SINCE THE CAR WAS BRAND NEW. NEVER MISSED AN OIL CHANGE. My Grandmother ownes a real estate company so she is constantly showing listings in the Westchester area. The mileage is approximately 80% highway/20% local. Shes a good driver but shes a midget and the damn car is WAY to big for her 5'(graciously) self. The car has one accident from 2010. The damage to the Cadillac is still there as you can see, she only used the insurance because she backed into her customers car that was parked in her lot. No real damage but scraped her clients bumper and insurance paid for the paint. the very minor cospetic damage (i.e dent in trunck and two scrapes on the bumper) are from her misjudging in her business parking lot (or perfecting her vehicular demolition skills) and macking a few inatimate objects. Needless to say I finally got her back in a smaller buick and shes happy. at 90,100 ish miles (ish because I have for sale sign's in it while I clean it up and use it as my daily driver to get people to see it and I try to sell it locally) The car runs really, really smooth. This transmission is starting to hiccup a bit which is why I list it and price it in fair condition. I am basically taking the price of a tranny rebuild out of the price all together. you can replace the trunk for about 150 bucks there are a few on ebay right now... But its not bad at all and can easily be pulled. No other dents with the scratches so just some sanding, paint, and feathering is needed there. Also needs shocks but thats a mileage thing as well. Personally I would really like to keep it and paint it Hot Rod Black but I already have three cars and im trying to get rid of those to get a bike for first summer not in Iraq or Afghanistan in like 4 years lol. (So trades arent out of the question either). THERE IS A LOW RESERVE, HOWEVER ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONCIDERED!! Inside of the car is in really great condition. Passenger seat hardly used and back seat basically unused. Will post more detailed pictures after the weekend or just contact me and ill send you whatever pictures you'd like to see. Thanks for checking out my listing! If you have any more questions or concerns please feel free to ask. Im 100% NO BULLSTICK! I AM COMPLETELY HONEST so no worries. HAPPY BIDDING! I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THIS AUCTION AS THE CAR IS FOR SALE LOCALLY. AND IF IT DOESNT SELL FAST ENOUGH IM TRADING IT FOR A TIN OF WORK FOR MY VW! The Private Party Value assumes the vehicle is sold "As Is" and carries no warranty (other than any remaining factory warranty). The final sale price may vary depending on the vehicle's actual condition and local market conditions. This value may also be used to derive Fair Market Value for insurance and vehicle donation purposes. This is not a transaction value; it is representative of a dealer's asking price and the starting point for negotiation. Poor Severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. May have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. Branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage.Kelley Blue Book does not attempt to report a value on a "poor" vehicle because the value of these vehicles varies greatly. A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value. Vehicle Condition Ratings Excellent "Excellent" condition means that the vehicle looks new, is in excellent mechanical condition and needs no reconditioning. This vehicle has never had any paint or body work and is free of rust. The vehicle has a clean title history and will pass a smog and safety inspection. The engine compartment is clean, with no fluid leaks and is free of any wear or visible defects. The vehicle also has complete and verifiable service records. Less than 5% of all used vehicles fall into this category. Good "Good" condition means that the vehicle is free of any major defects. This vehicle has a clean title history, the paint, body and interior have only minor (if any) blemishes, and there are no major mechanical problems. There should be little or no rust on this vehicle. The tires match and have substantial tread wear left. A "good" vehicle will need some reconditioning to be sold at retail. Most consumer owned vehicles fall into this category. Fair (Selected) Some mechanical or cosmetic defects and needs servicing but is still in reasonable running condition. Clean title history, the paint, body and/or interior need work performed by a professional. Tires may need to be replaced. There may be some repairable rust damage. Poor "Poor" condition means that the vehicle has severe mechanical and/or cosmetic defects and is in poor running condition. The vehicle may have problems that cannot be readily fixed such as a damaged frame or a rusted-through body. A vehicle with a branded title (salvage, flood, etc.) or unsubstantiated mileage is considered "poor." A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value.
