The Audi Allroad Quattro is THE original luxury crossover vehicle. This Audi is incredible, the Adjustable Air Suspension has 4 settings to totally change the character of the car with a push of a button, from low and sporty, all the way to 8.2 inches of clearance for off-roading (more than a Q5 or Q7!). To quote Car and Driver, "I can't imagine why anyone would rather drive your average clunky truck-like SUV when there is a vastly more refined and swift alternative such as the Allroad Quattro." This Allroad is a rust free, TEXAS car. In addition it has a clean title, and is CarFax/AutoCheck Accident Free and CERTIFIED! We noticed that after driving on a particularly hot day occasionally the 'check engine' light would come on. It was diagnosed by Audi as a pin-hole leak in the top of the gas tank. It does not effect drivability or performance in any way and turns itself back off. Inspection: You are welcome and encouraged to have a third party mobile inspection service come to our facility for an inspection. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's discretion. If upon personal visual inspection of the purchased vehicle at our facility, you find a SUBSTANTIAL discrepancy between the published report and actual vehicle, we will either correct the problem at no charge or refund the purchase price. In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however, a 10% restocking fee applies and the return must take place within 7 days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer than 200 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer. Payment: Successful high bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to prscars (Seller) a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $300 through PayPal. Within (3) days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, bank to bank wire transfer (if approved), approved bank draft, cash in person or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. All buyers pay a $75.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee; these fees are to cover the cost of vehicle prepping, phone calls, overnight mailings, temporary license plate, notary, and other document handling costs that might be incurred through the delivery process. In addition P.R.S. Cars must collect a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax, which is (.002306) of the purchase price (i.e. $23.06 per $10k spent) from all purchasers. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax plus applicable county fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own registration, taxes, and fees in their own states. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. P.R.S. Cars will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. As such it is the required responsibility of the buyer inspect the car himself before shipping or to have a 3rd party inspector of the buyers choice inspect the car before shipping. If the buyer fails to do so he agrees to forfeit any claims or feedback regarding the vehicle's condition. All shipping arrangements are provided by P.R.S. Cars as a courtesy.
