1974 Honda CB

1974 CB 200 Bike will start & run i have rode it for a short time just to see if it would roll it needs work has been sitting for years will make a good restoration project or a parts bike . Bike is in fair shape it needs a really good major tune up ,it needs exht pipe and seat repair that and a detail job and your good to go. Bike is sold as is Has a clear title. I contacted the title office and they said I could not transfer it as it is now. I am working on the situation and have not sent it in yet in case winning bidder wants to see the title I have but the fact is I will not be able to transfer it by the time the auction ends. I told her what was going on and she told me what we would do when I got there and it was no problem I should have done it back in 1999 when I bought the bike. So as stated above the title is good I just have to transfer it into my name and then will sign it over to winning bidder.
