Vehicle Detail
Welcome, here is my 1989 Ford Bronco XLT, full power with 5.7L V8, automatic 4X4 with manual locking hubs. It has fresh paint and body work and the tires only have about 6000 miles on them (Goodrich 33x10.50 15 All terrain KO's - the 33" profile makes the top gear a little taller, but still 10.50 for lower rolling resistance). The interior is in good shape, a little wear on the drivers side but no rips or holes. It has a heavy duty Reese hitch with an electric brake booster, original radio with cassette player and 4 speakers, and Sirius antenna on roof (the Sirius radio is not included but the antenna is). All of the power windows work including the rear window which can be operated with the key or dash button, however the lock cylinder on the rear can be turned with any key or object that will fit in the slot. AC is cold and heat is warm, and all of the interior and exterior lights work except the under-hood light and one of the fog lamps (maybe just a bulb but I never use them). It has a small chip and crack in the windshield about 3/4 inch long, which I have sealed so it will not expand. Upon cold starting, there is an exhaust leak - probably at the manifold, but it seems to seal in as the manifold warms and expands. The carpet in the cargo area has a stain, as shown on picture. A few more things I wouldn't have know if not checking things out pre-sale...the washers only dribble fluid from the nozzle - I can hear the pump running so it must be a clogged nozzle - I never use them for fear of scratching the windshield. And the antenna for the radio has apparently become disconnected some how. It will not pick up any stations but I know it used to work so I bet the body shop guys did not connect it when they replaced the cowling. I listen only to Sirius (through the cassette adapter, which works and the adapter is included) so it doesn't matter to me. The body work was not the result of an accident but of several minor mishaps that occurred on the farm that I used to operate. I also have the hubcaps, spare tire carrier, and rim rings in good condition and included in sale. Let me know if you have any further questions and thanks for looking. I forgot to mention, it doesn't use oil but there is a small seep from the pan gasket, maybe 1/4 quart per month or so. So, keep it checked and don't park it on your wife's oriental rug!
