This is a very rare 1951 Pontiac sedan delivery that was custom built for Pontiac by National Coach (see description in picture of ad). It was driven into a barn many years ago. It has a 3 speed transmission and 8 cylinders. It is in need of restoration, but when finished, you would have a very unique and rare vehicle. The frame is in excellent condition. You can see in the photo that it can be jacked up from the center of the car with both wheels off of the ground, and it does not sag. The windshields are missing. I believe they would be the same as in a sedan. In the tire well where the spare tire sits, it is very solid. It does have some rust under the doors. It seems to be all complete, except for the hood ornament and a piece of chrome on the hood. It is hard to describe each part of the car that will need restoration. The car rolls easily. The engine is complete, but is seized from sitting for so long. There is a current clear title in my name. I am starting the auction at $1.00 with no reserve, so it will be sold to the high bidder at the end of the auction. Please ask any and all questions before bidding, and I will be happy to answer them as honestly as I possibly can. Also, you are welcome to come and inspect the car before you bid. Once the car is paid for, I will keep the car safely in my garage until the buyer can make arrangements to pick it up.
