Hello - thanks for looking at my very rare and very clean 1975 Jeep (AMC) Cherokee Chief 2 door. I came across this cherokee a few years ago because it was so clean and a perfect project for what I wanted. Since owning it I have installed 5 inches of lift including new leaf springs and shocks with a BRAND NEW set of Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tires 33x12.50x15 - they still have the rubber nipples on them. I have also installed a new fuel tank, fuel lines, filters battery and recent tune up. This vehicle is exceptionally clean for its age - the interior is very nice, the front seats have seat covers on them due to some of the stiching coming apart, but the dash pad doesnt even have a single crack in it. The exterior is in excellent shape as well, there is some minor rust starting arounf the rear lower panels and some on the tailgate as well but could be easily fixed. Please look over all the photos and e-mail me if you have any questions. I do not want to sell this but a immedate family member has recently been diagnosed with cancer and the toys have got to go. Thank you On May-10-11 at 08:55:44 PDT, seller added the following information: After many questions about the motor, I asked a friend to verify what motor this jeep has in it, He looked at the casting numbers on the block and said it was a 401 v8 and it appeared to be all original.
