Up for auction is a 1989 Toyota Camry being sold in AS-IS condition. It does run but needs work. This is a great car for parts or for a mechanic to give some TLC. Mileage is 200,284. Color is metallic gray. Interior is burgundy. This car has had two owners. The first owner drove it on a regular basis, including travelling for business and owned it for 9 years. The second owner drove it only occasionally. The car has not been driven in a few years and is in need of repairs related to having been idle. I know for sure it will need a new battery, new tires and a catalytic converter. It may very well need other repairs...Car would be great for parts as well. Interior is in good condition for the age...no rips/tears in upholstery or carpet. Some discolorations/light spots on carpet but I didn't see any on the upholstery. There is some very slight fading in areas on upholstery (see photo of front seats) and some overall fading on fabric of interior roof. All knobs, handles, etc. intact. (Might be missing cigarette lighter cover...had used lighter as charger for phone, etc). Missing light cover for interior light on inside roof (see photo). Exterior is in OK condition, shows age and has rust. The rust is located at 3 of the 4 wheel wells...I've tried to highlight in the photos. One missing black trim piece on back right of car (noticeable on photo of entire car). Small chip off corner of right rear tail light by license plate. Features include air conditioning, power doors & windows, remote control mirrors, am/fm stereo w/ cassette, cruise control, automatic-off headlights, tinted glass and moon roof. Can use adapter that plugs into cigarette lighter & cassette player & attaches to a portable cd player & plays cd's through the stereo system. Toyota estimated gas mileage is 20-28 mpg city and 25-35 mpg highway. Local bids only please as the car will need to be towed to its new home from Phoenixville, PA.
