1998 Subaru Outback Wagon 5 Speed All Wheel Drive Only 82,000 Original Miles!! First and foremost I am a Subaru Technician (have worked/serviced Subarus for 8 years) and I have never seen an Outback this clean. I just recently sold a 99 Outback here on Ebay and this one is just as nice, if not better! There is absolutely NO rust on this car the paint is in beautiful shape. It is the more sought after 5 speed and the clutch is perfect. The head-gaskets were JUST replaced by me (with GENUINE Subaru gaskets) and the engine is leak free with no strange noises, smells or drips. The oil pump was also resealed as well as new cam seals and timing belt. The water pump and radiator has also been replaced. Basically the entire engine has been completely re-sealed and tuned up. This car has the extremely reliable and powerful 2.5 horizontally opposed 4 cylinder and it gets over 25mpg even with the all wheel drive! The transmission is 100% as well. The gears shift and engage flawlessly. There are no warning lights on and everything works perfectly! The car JUST passed Pennsylvania State safety inspection and is good until April of 2012. It also has BRAND NEW TIRES and BRAND NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS all the way around. I have paperwork for all the work as well. The car has power windows, power locks, cruise, fog lights, tilt wheel, keyless entry, and lots of other options that work 100% It is also equipped with the COLD WEATHER PACKAGE that includes heated seats, heated outside mirrors and heated windshield to keep the ice from building up on the wiper blades (which also happen to be brand new) The interior is very clean and the seats are free of stains and tears. The exterior and the body of this car are nearly flawless, with the exception of a ding in the rear quarter (very small and barely noticeable, seen in the pics) and a few small scuffs on the bumper cover. The car is rust free (you can see where one small spot on the quarter panel was touched up but the paint is in great shape and shines beautifully. When you get behind the wheel and head down the road the car drives like it just rolled off the assembly line, it doesn't pull or shake, its very smooth and the all wheel drive is absolutely incredible, this car will run with even the biggest 4x4 trucks in the winter. It is a tank in the snow and the all wheel drive is beneficial even in the rain. The car handles amazing for a wagon! Also, sorry about the look of the tires in the pictures, Its spring and muddy here so I used tire shine and it wasn't drying on the tires well.
