Hello, Here is a 914 I bought in California last year. The owner said the car was running great however when I got there it could not start after 1 hour of cranking it only coughed a couple times. I pulled the engine and bought a rebuilt replacement engine to reinstall into it. The rebuilt engine will sold separately in another listing and is not included. That's as far as I went with this. The original engine and gearbox will come with the car as you see it in a photo.The car is a solid base project with only surface rust and no replacing of any rusted out part that I can see. One 3 inch square patch should be enough to repair a hole in the back floor pan but the pans do not need replacing for what I can see there should not be any disappointing surprises as in other 914's.The car deserves a restoration and It is a great candidate for replacing your rusted out 914 . The interior needs work and the seats are not original but I have purchased original replacements for them . The targa roof is in pretty good shape. The windshield is broken. I still have the clear title from California in hand for U.S buyers. Canadians have the option of getting a registration instead of the title. I have the proper forms and duty has been paid. The car will be shipped from Quebec, Canada, . The buyer will have an option of having it shipped by his own shipping choice and I will help load it onto the ramp. I am relisting the car differently this time. I was flooded with emails on the first sale however the car was not sold. I need the space so I am taking the best offer for this or next step is dissasembly for parts.
