1997 Chev, Silverado, 1500,extended cab, 3 door. I am the orginal and only owner. This truck has 51,968 orginal miles. The Truck is a Blue/Green color and the lower portion is silver.It is a great looking truck. The model code for the truck is GK 1. The truck has wheel flares that continue into running boards. They are fibreglass and were installed through the GM disability program.. Options: Auto trans,, 5.7 V8,3:42 rear axle,a/c, am/fm/c/d/cassette,.center console,ceiling console,Power windows, power locks,tilt wheel, slider rear window,orginal floor mats, tonneau cover and bed liner. The interior is gray, with Captain chair bucket seats.. I bought this truck new at Salisbury Chev, in Scotia New York. I specified the 3:42 rear axle because I knew that I was using this truck on the highway. I bought 4 WD and the trailer hitch because we towed our boat 5 miles to the launch site in the spring and back home in the fall. This truck has never been out in the winter. IT HAS NEVER SEEN SNOW, NEVER. It was never taken out in the rain although I did get cought in the rain several times.. I have driven the truck from upstate NY to our home in Daytona Beach twice. It is very comfortable on long trips. I am selling it because I have 4 pick-up trucks and we are getting ready to move to Florida permanently. I will not need 4 trucks there. I run Mobil-1 5-30 oil. Everytime I change the oil, I rotate the tires.. I replaced all 4 shocks and the tires at 36,000 miles because we were driving the truck to Florida.I replaced the serpentine belt at the same time.. I recently replaced the battery. This truck is stored in a garage and over the winter it is on plastic,and the tires are on plywood. The truck is covered and placed in a storeage bag.. There are NO DENTS and ABSOLUTLY NO RUST.. This truck is washed,waxed and polished very often..There are no rips or tears to the interior. The truck is all stock except for a K&N air filter element..
