This listing is for a 1929 Buick Model 116 Standard. This car was purchased and restored in the late 1970’s. It has not been driven very often in the last 25 years, but has been stored in a heated garage. This vehicle has a solid body, a 6 cylinder engine, and runs and drives fairly well. The carburetor has been recently rebuilt. Like all older restorations, it is not without it's flaws. The driver's front interior door handle does not work. The door must be opened from the outside. The rear fenders need some rust repair, as the paint is starting to blister. This blistering is ONLY on the fenders, not the body. There are 2 knobs missing from the gauge cluster panel. The interior crank for the windshield and the handles to open the hood are also missing. The lower front filler panel is not pictured, but is included, still needs to be repaired and painted. This vehicle is being sold “AS IS” with no warranty. This is a very solid car. It just needs a little more TLC than I currently have to give. I will require a $500 deposit over PayPal or an overnight check, within 3 days of the auction’s closing. This payment will be non-refundable. The balance owed will be due at the time of arrival to pick up the vehicle, and must be made in the form of cash or a cashier’s check. Payment must be made IN FULL within 10 days of the auction’s closing. This vehicle may be viewed in person at my business, D&A Auto Body in Portage, Michigan, during our regular business hours.
