Please read this carefully: Up for auction by private, long time positive eBay seller is the purchase of my allocated position in owning a new, untitled/unregistered, 2012 Boss 302 in Race Red with black trim offsets (stripes, etc). Recaro seat and Torsen differential option included. This is the standard Boss, not the Laguna Seca version. The vehicle will go into production in the next week, and delivered to my authorized dealer by the end of May 2011 (Q2 build). It will go to the next allocated buyer on his list unless this auction is won by a perspective buyer. Financial issues have created my inability to actually purchase the car. I had all intent of buying it and owning it. My leading, authorized Southern California Ford dealer has been stellar in their communication and accuracy. The car was ordered in early February 2011. I am now selling my position and the winning buyer will do the following:1) pay me the winning eBay price. 2) Communicate with the dealer to pay MSRP for the car. There is no dealer markup above MSRP which is not common for this car as you have probably noticed. 3) Pay the dealer the MSRP/taxes/etc directly and pick up or have delivered the car directly from the dealer. Serious buyers are invited to email me your questions. Please do not inquire on the specific name of the dealer. I will guarantee that if everything in this ad is not accurate and satisfaction is not 100% after you winning this auction, your money will be refunded in full. Strong possibility of changing the color if you do not want the Race Red/Black. The perspective buyer would possibly engage in this auction for one or more of these 3 reasons: 1) You don't want to wait some 4 months to own this special Mustang.You can own it in 6 weeks. 2) You cannot find a dealer who will sell it for MSRP. 3) You cannot find the car with those options.
