Vehicle Detail
1967 Mustang Fastback V8; Engine Code: "C" (289 2bbl); Body Code: "63B" (Fastback, Deluxe Interior); Color Code: "T" (Candyapple Red); Interior Code: "6A" (Charcoal Black Crinkle all vinyl luxury buckets); Axle Code: "0" (2.79 Open); Transmission Code: "1" (3-spd manual 2.77 1st gear) Partial VIN: 7R02C23**** According to information I have obtained this car is one of 17,391 Deluxe Interior Fastbacks built in 1967, only about a quarter of total Fastback production for that year. Options of interest included on this car: Overhead console with maplights. Full length floor console. Fold down rear seat. Hood louver mounted turn signals. As can be seen in the pictures, there is no drivetrain currently in the car. I am including a 302 2bbl engine and 3 spd manual transmission out of a 1972 Mustang that were running when removed from the car. The wheels shown in the pictures on the car ARE NOT INCLUDED with this sale. I will install standard steel wheels and rolling tires for transport. The car has been in dry storage for the last ten years. Car has a clear Virginia Title. Condition: This car is a project car only (or parts for another project). It is not complete. It will need a complete wiring harness and many detail parts like nuts and bolts. I am including all parts I can find that were removed from the car, but cannot guarantee its entirety. All parts shown in the pictures will be included. The rear fastback glass is in good condition, as are the side and vent windows. The windshield has a small peck on the passenger side. All chrome window trim is included and is in good condition. Please look at the pictures carefully, there is little that is hidden on this car. The rear frame rails are in good condition except for the driver side rear at the bushing, but the repair should not be difficult. The passenger side rear quarter has rust through behind the wheel well that is not readily apparent in the pictures. There is no apparent rust through around the rear fastback window. The cowl area is in unusually good condition, with surface rust around the vent "hats", but no apparent rust through. Car will need floor pans. The hood has a dent in the center front. A replacement '68 driver fender and partial driver quarter are included.
