2000 Toyota Rav-4, 4-door, 4-cylinder, 2wd with 104,091 miles. This car was used for two High Schoolers to learn how to drive. They learned on this manual transmission. An adventure I highly recommend to all parents. Car was used for local driving (<40 mile trips). Handles the beltway at 70mph no problem. Recently detailed for sale to include touch up paint, cleaning, waxing, shampoo. This vehicle runs like a champ. Please note this car is 11 years old and has a few bumps and bruises though none show too badly. I have listed the good things and the others below. Pictures also highlight those items that belong in the "other" category. Exterior paint is really pretty good/excellent. Interior fabric is good/excellent with exception of worn front driver's floor mat. Tires have plenty of tread, no cracked glass, lights all work. Car being sold as is. #1 Front bumper has a battle scar. Riveted to fix, but the 5mph push bent the headlight to point slightly left and down even after adjusting mount. Works fine. #2 Driver door was open while driving out of the garage which caused this next battle scar. Opens/closes locks and unlocks fine. Window opens and closes at normal speed but only goes 1/2 down. This is likely due to a slightly bent window rail. Replaced side mirror with another that does not match passenger side but you will get that side's matching mirror (didn't replace it just in case they were trying to scar up that side too). Mirrors nearly new. #3 Third and final battle scar resulting from not using emergency brake when parking uphill. Crease in right rear quarter panel. Did more damage to mail box than car. On Apr-21-11 at 10:14:17 PDT, seller added the following information: GOOD NEWS: 1. Just received word from a mechanic that the brake wear remains well within limits. 2. There is now nothing wrong with the headlight alignment 3. I had forgotten to mention that the car has cruise control and rear window defroster 4. I am going to replace lis plate bulbs that they noticed were burned out. 5. CORRECTION: I was told Front tires do not have plenty of tread, back tires are nearly new. Sorry, check pictures, they seemed ok.On Apr-23-11 at 05:59:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Took the car to the auto parts store yesterday to buy replacement license plate bulbs and vacuum car's interior. Checked out cruise control, heater, cooler, defog, shifting, transmission, engine, radio, cd, etc. All worked great. Driven well above speed mentioned above just to check performance...she purrs.
