"Hank" : My 1929 Ford Model "AA" Truck "Diamond In the Rough"..and Yes, He Actually RUNS (and stops)!!! This is an all-original, actually drivable, (whatever's left of it body-wise) Double-A that I believe has lived all of its life in Washington State; has original mechanics, all in working order, engine runs, gone over extensively mechanically circa 2006 before a later-abandoned body restoration project; has original '29 2-speed rear end and three on the floor for a total of 6 speeds, original 4.2:1 engine, 133" wheelbase, was a "dually" rear end, but only one tire on each rear side currently, original runny-glassed non-safety windows (complete with 1948 Wa state inspection sticker) still actually roll up and down. Original mechanical rod brakes; they're huge and they work. Almost no interior at all, temporary wood bench for test driving, the original cab was cut in back for a funky plywood box which I replaced with a fairly nice usable pressure-treated flatbed. Never got any further. Not going to win any aesthetics awards outside of "Beverly HillBillies" fans, but dang if the old guy don't actually still run! You won't likely find a running specimen of a 29 Ford model AA truck at this price any time soon!
