The car has a VERY STRONG 350 CID V8 motor in it that is running very well indeed. Before we purchased the car we had our local mechanic do a compression test on the motor and he said all eight cylinders had right at 160lbs. compression !! Lots of goodies under the hood including a Street Rod Custom stainless steel dual air cleaner housing, Carter AFB Competition four barrel carb., M/T Custom valve covers, Edelbrock performance intake manifold, chrome alternator mount and electric cooling fan. This Rod sounds like a Custom Street Rod should with the "Throaty" dual exhaust system !! The engine is backed by a smooth three speed automatic transmission which is also functions well. Stops good too with power brakes with disc's on the front. The BEAUTIFUL All Custom Two Tone Light and Dark Gray Interior is in VERY NICE shape with BEAUTIFUL Light and Dark Gray custom cloth front bucket seats, BEAUTIFUL Light and Gray custom cloth rear seat, BEAUTIFUL Custom Center Console with CB Radio professionally mounted inside, BEAUTIFUL matching Gray carpeting, BEAUTIFUL matching Dark Gray custom headliner, BEAUTIFUL custom dash, BEAUTIFUL VDO aftermarket gauge set, BEAUTIFUL Lecarra custom steering wheel and BEAUTIFUL Two Tone Light and Dark Gray custom molded door panels. This Custom Rod is in GREAT mechanical condition and it runs and drives like a dream. I drove the car as my everyday driver to and from the office and running errands as needed and it did GREAT even on the freeway it cruised along at 70+ mph with no problems ! I feel like I'm in a time machine taking me back to the fifties whenever I drive this car, UNBELIEVABLE !! This vehicle is beautiful with respect to the overall cosmetic impression and check out the chrome and stainless on this car, BEAUTIFUL !! Also note the custom shaved door and trunk handles, "Smoothy" Fat front fenders, blue dot taillights and custom louvered hood, TO COOL !! This car has BEAUTIFUL Chrome Centerline custom wheels with nearly new steel belted radial tires, boy does this combination look OUTSTANDING ON THIS ROD !! The trunk is also very clean and is trimmed out nicely in matching gray carpeting and side trim material. I looked underneath and also included photos below. This is a nice SOLID - DRY - Idaho - Western vehicle and it has plenty of good looks to boot ! We prefer a bank to bank wire transfer of funds as payment but we will also accept a bank cashiers check (US only) or a third party check but we will validate the checks authenticity and the funds must clear our account before the vehicle or the title to the vehicle is released to the buyer or the buyers agent.
