I got this car about 4 years ago. I had engine work done, the carburator rebuilt, the interior completely redone and the exterior painted. The car is very clean, runs well and passed smog without any concerns. I don't have a soft top for it but you can add one for about $500. To my knowledge this vehicle has never been in an accident, has 93K miles and is a lot of fun to drive! I have more money in the car than I'm asking but I want a truck so I'm selling the MG. Paint and minor body work - $2100 Rebuilt carburetor, replace belts, manifold gasket, water pump, radiator cap, cooling fan motor, temp sender, air injection check valve, radiator fan switch, seals - $1670 Interior seats and carpets – $1650 Miscellaneous parts: armrest, console lid, console tunnel, License plate lamp, trunk emblem, tail light lenses, rear tail light kit, gear shift knob, light switch, thermostat housing plus other stuff I don’t remember. not sure how much all this costed. Still need to be done: soft top (I have a hard top but it needs a little fiberglass work and windows), hooking up the interior switch for the heater/fan. The seat belts should be replaced, they don’t pull out very easily. No radio.
