Please expect scratches, bug and rock marks, little dents, dings, paint, and interior wear when purchasing used autos. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. A car that is 2 years old is going to show less wear than a vehicle that is 7 years old. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle. This means that this vehicle has been driven before, and will have the normal wear and tear of a vehicle of the age. Seller reserves the right to: Obtain and verify the registered information of all users who bid on this auction. Cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. AFTER THE AUCTION Successful high bidder should telephone Auto Source at 267.934.4002 within 24 hours after the auction has ended or email to us to make arrangements to complete the transaction. Winning bidder must submit $1,000 deposit due within 1 business days of auction's close. If a deposit is not received, the vehicle can be made available to other potential buyers. Please make sure you pay within seven (7) days of the auction closing as deposits are not refundable unless there are undisclosed problems with the vehicle. For clarity purposes: changing your mind about the vehicle is not an undisclosed vehicle problem. Provided we receive a timely deposit, we will store vehicle for up to 10 calendar days free of charge. A $180 processing fee will be added to the final value of every auction. This includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit Tag, notary, messenger and title transfer. This fee is not negotiable and is deemed accepted by all successful bidders, including dealers. Pennsylvania residents will also be subjected to state sales tax and registration fees. All payments should be in the form of cash, cashier's check, bank checks and money orders only.
