1985 Honda Interceptor

I am selling a 1985 Honda VF1000R Interceptor. I have owned the bike for nearly a year and it has been my daily driver. I've put roughly 5000 miles on the bike since I've owned it. This is one of the first superbikes to be manufactured and the 4 cylinder dohc motor makes 122bhp at 10000 rpms. 0-60 is 3.2 sec and quarter mile is 10.8 sec. This Honda interceptor cost $6298 in 1985. I have maintained this bike extremely well. I gave it a tune up and put royal purple high porformance motor oil every 1000 miles or so in it. Now for the bad part: the bike started making a ticking sound in the motor for the last three weeks and about a week ago, the ticking sound is now a knocking sound in the motor. It will still start up and run still though. I had plans on digging into the engine to see what was wrong but I don't really have the time and I'm in need for some money so I have to sell it. :( The gas tank has some dents in it also as you can see in the picture.
