Up for auction is 1975 Ford Ranger XLT F250 four wheel drive 3/4 ton pick-up. I am listing this vehicle for a friend and will describe what I know of it. If you are not able to complete this auction, PLEASE DO NOT BID, don't waste people's time! It is located in Littleton, Colorado. With that being stated: Originally it is a black truck with a red interior. It is an original tool box bedside truck with full XLT trim. The body has it's share of damage and rust, as most of these do, but most if not all of the needed metal is reproduced. The right rocker has some rust issues at the door post and the bottoms of the doors are starting to show signs of rust as well. The right side has been hit low in the cab corner and bed and the tops of the wheel wells are rusty. Tailgate is dented pretty good here and there, it's savable, but it could stand to be replaced. Cab, cowl, hood fenders are relatively clean and straight. All glass is good. Grilles are decent and very usable. The interior will need lots of replacement trim, but is complete as a whole. New door panels, dash pads etc. are very easy and affordable to come by new. Column shifted automatics works well as does the heater, wipers and lights Transfer case lever is missing. Engine is a 390 2 barrel that starts, runs, doesn't smoke or run hot and passes an Emissions test. Drum brakes work as does the power steering. Transfer case is locked in four wheel. It's not been determined whether or not it's more than just a missing transfer case shifter. Exhaust is missing, engine has stock manifolds. This is a running driving truck that is fairly complete. It will need mechanical work to make it a driver of any kind, but it's not too far from it. Wheels and tires hold air and drive well enough.
