Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1972 Porsche 911T Targa. This car is a European spec car that still has its original 2.4 engine/transmission. I have a clean title to this car ready to handoff to the next owner. This is a great chance to start a restoration, parts car, or ..... I am happy to help arrange shipping out of state or overseas. Please contact me by email or at 925.876.1281 should you have any questions. For Additional pictures please click on the link http://s263.photobucket.com/albums/ii152/MrBMW2002/72%20Euro%20T/ VIN: 9112511230 Color Code: 117 Light Yellow Engine Number: 6522316 Exterior: This car was originally light yellow from the factory, however it has been changed to red. There are still signs of its original paint under the front bonnet and engine surround. This car has several factory options such include a real steel S front spoiler and S trim. The targa top is in excellent shape both on the inside and out. This car does have rust as it has spent time in the often harsh climates of Europe. It has rust in the jack point, rockers, front suspension, and on top of the fenders. I have taken pictures of all these spots. Interior: This car still retains its original interior. It still has the European gauges, original carpet, seats, dash etc. It has the orange striped REPA seat belts that are often hard to come by. The interior is complete and in need of a proper cleaning or restoration depending on what the buyer is going to do with the car. Engine: This car still retains the original European 2.4 engine. In addition, it still has the factory carbs that came with the car. The engine and carbs turn over, but it has not been tried to be run. Wheel: This car comes with the correct early 15x6 Fuchs wheels. These are the real deal and are complete with center caps. Spares: There are some spares that come with this car that have been placed under the front bonnet. Overall: This is a great chance to get into an early 1972 oil flap European targa. This car is complete and would make a great parts car or restoration. I have a clean title ready to handoff to the next owner.
