Here is a collector or restorers dream. Clean 1961 Cadillac Coupe Deville with what I believe to be 21k miles. Last titled in 1963 and last on the road in 1979. Been in storage since. This car was out of Alexandria, VA and has some great history. Car is complete minus original air breather. Still has the original floor mats. Is equipped with cruise, auto dimmer and AC. Body is solid and only needs two small patches in the front fenders. Rockers, floors, trunk, window edges, sills, drip rails in trunk, chrome are all solid. Interior need the seats recovered. Headliner like new. Dash and gauges are in incredible shape. All the trim on the entire car is there. All the glass is original and near perfect. Dash is perfect. Haven't tried to crank it yet. Needs new plug wires. Cylinders are soaking with marvel now. Engine bay is complete. The car sat for 30 years so I am going to say needs master cylinder rebuilt along with wheel cylinders and hoses. Trunk and hood have no rust. The grille is solid and clean. I took as many pictures as I could fit. I bought this to make a cruiser but with the condition and history of this car I can't bring myself to cut on this car. This car belongs to someone who will restore it and keep it. THE ONLY RUST ON THIS CAR IS ON THE FRONT FENDERS and it is only through the outer panel. I have owned Cadillacs for 12 Years and this is one of the best finds I have had. I hooked up battery and all windows, horn, lights and seat work. Tried bumping the starter but nothing. I car sat for 31 years so I can guarantee a rebuild is needed on the engine. Last time I am listing on here. The Autofair is this weekend and I just bought a 57 Cadillac so this car is out this week. If you are close come look at the car you will not be dissapointed.
