I am selling my 2000 Toyota Avalon XL. I am the second owner. It was purchased by me in 2003 from Honda City. It was a trade in on a new Accord and had 27,419 miles on it when I bought it. I was going to give the car to my son but he is now working in NYC and has no need for it. I took the car off the road in late December and it has been stored in my garage on a trickle down charger since then so it wasn’t exposed to the harsh winter weather. In anticipation of giving the car to my son, in late December, I put on two new Cooper CS4 60,000 mile touring tires, serviced the rear brakes – new lifetime pads and cut the rotors – did an alignment and flushed the brake system at a cost of $671.82. The timing belt was done at 92,729 miles. The body is in very good shape showing only normal parking lot dings. There is no rust. The interior is also in very good shape. In short, this is a very well maintained, safe, good looking, comfortable car with plenty of interior room and a large trunk. All of the service is up-to-date. There are no outstanding recalls and the car can be expected to give a new owner many miles of service. The car is located in the Oyster Bay/ Syosset area of Long Island.
