This Taurus has only 32,326 miles and is being sold with a low reserve so we do not have to re-list. This vehicle is being auctioned by the Woodridge Illinois Police Department. The history of this vehicle is unknown as it was seized in an arrest. This vehicle was awarded to the Woodridge Police on March 13, 2007 by court order and we hold clear title. We have been using this vehicle as a ‘pool car’ and we no longer have a use for it. This Taurus has been a reliable vehicle for us and, to our knowledge, everything is in working order. We will attempt to describe this vehicle to the best of our ability and you may inspect the vehicle, in person, by appointment. Vehicle options include: six disc in-dash CD, power windows, power driver’s seat, power locks, alloy wheels and tinted windows (we cannot guarantee that the window tint falls within the legal limits of the winning bidder’s jurisdiction). The body looks very nice and clean (see photos). The interior is clean and in good condition. The tires all have good tread and are appear fairly new. Village of Woodridge mechanics have performed routine maintenance on the vehicle since we acquired it. This is not a guarantee that the vehicle will not need any further maintenance or service. Other than these stated observations we have no further information regarding this vehicle’s history. We always disclose everything we know about our vehicles, but again, these vehicles have an unknown prior history and are NOT inspected by us prior to auction. The NADA listed value for this 2005 Taurus SE is $6,162 for "rough trade in", $7,037 for "Average Trade in" and $7,762 for "Clean Trade In".
