OK, here is the good, the bad and the ugly. The Good: Less than 500 miles on a rebuilt motor - 258 Straight 6, 5-speed manual trans. I bought this truck for the desert and it's hauled me around some interesting spots in Death Valley and the Panamint Mts. Most of that was before the rebuild, it was tired and I couldn't stand leaking oil on such beautiful places, so I had it rebuilt completely. I put a 9,000# Warn winch on the front, you could literally pull yourself up a cliff if needs be. 31" offroad tires and a kickass stereo with external amp (it's hard to hear your music out there with the top down so ya need to be able to crank it). New bucket seats from 4WD.com, center console (where the amp is stashed, it locks for keeping your valuable secure with the top down). Back seat is out of the vehicle but is included. It ain't much, and when it's in you can't haul as much, so I leave it out. Includes a bikini top as well as the canvas top pictured. The Bad: Tach, fuel and temp gauges don't work. Available everywhere. Driver's door handle sticky - I'm including a new one. The Ugly: Duh. Look at the paint. But hey, you'll never worry about scratching it going through underbrush, and that tool with the BMW at the office will NEVER park close to your door. This is a serious Jeep for anyone who wants to be able to go, well, anywhere.
